Book from the day before your special event, up until two days afterward, to provide ample time for relaxation and memories.

Please note, our standard rental period is for 4 days

4. Receive With Love

Pick up your dress directly from our store at no cost, or opt for shipping at checkout for a little extra convenience.

Enjoy wearing your fabulous dress! We'd love to see and share your stunning photos, so remember to tag us.

6. Return Made Simple

Return your dress by either dropping it off at our location or sending it back via mail. Ensure it's returned by the end of day 4, using Royal Mail’s 1pm special delivery with tracking.

How long can I rent your dresses?

We recommend you select the day before your event, until two days after to allow you time to return the dress.

Prices are for 4 day rentals

Do I have to dry clean the dress after my event?

No, you can leave that to us!

Dry Cleaning is included in your rental price & we use a specialist dry cleaner who understands the care required for each individual garment

Do you deliver?

Yes! 

We use registered royal mail delivery – please ensure someone us available to sign for the dress

We provide you with a pre-paid postage label to return via royal mail after your event

Postage is £10 each way

Where do you deliver to?

We cover the Republic of Ireland and the UK.

What happens if I damage the dress?

We understand that accidents happen.

We can assess the damage and come to an agreement

However, for unrepairable damage, we would charge the full retail price of the dress

Do you do both dress rental and sales?

Yes we have a rental collection and also our Formal and Prom collection which you can also purchase the dresses from. Please note that not all dresses are available for rent.

What happens if I return my dress late?

Our late fee is £30 for each day your rental period ends

If you can’t return your item, please contact us as soon as possible as we may need it for our next client
